With a complex of 3 proteolytic enzymes to be taken alongside food containing grain proteins. They break down the gluten in grains, especially the DPP IV protease (inhibitor of dipeptidyl peptidase IV) it contains, breaks down the indigestible proline & glutamine into smaller inactive compounds.

Dosage: 1 capsule before a meal. If necessary, the dose can be increased up to 2 capsules per meal.
