Where we deliver

All around Greece, Cyprus and 29 European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Shipping Charges

The delivery of the products in your premises is conducted by Speedex Courier Service or ACS Courier .

For orders below 49€ the shipping charges are Speedex:2,90€ or ACS:3,50€ and for every kilo over 3kg there is an additional charge of 2€. For orders over €49, shipping is free for orders up to 3kg and for each extra kilo there is an additional charge of €2.

In case the payment method is by cash on delivery, there is an additional fixed charge of €3.50 regardless of the amount of the order.

Delivery execution time

Estimated delivery time is the next working day concerning delivery to Athens or Crete and after 2 working days concerning delivery to the rest of Greece. Bear in mind though, that to remote or difficult to reach areas delivery might take even to 2-4 days.

Please note that Hicare is not responsible for the estimated delivery times, as this depends on the local courier outlet it serves.

In Hicare we always do our best for the immediate service of your needs and our priority is to instantly and correctly ship your order through the courier service we work with. Therefore shipping is done immediately, however, in case of unavailability of one of the products we instantly inform you about the delay. In some cases the delay could be 3-10 working days.

Shipping to Cyprus and European countries

Delivery to Cyprus and European countries is completed within 2-12 working days. The cost depends on the weight of the package and is added to the total amount of your order. In such case there is no payment on delivery, you can only pay with Debit/Credit card. The products are shipped as soon as payment is confirmed via registered parcel.

Pick up from the store

Orders are available for pick up daily at 11:00 to 17:00 from Nikiforou Foka 1 (in the alley next to Furakis Pharmacy) except Saturday and Sunday. There is a bell at the entrance if the door is not open. And we notify you with a message in your email/mobile when your order is ready for pick up. We inform you that the payment is available only by credit card through our page dev.hicare.shop.

NOTE

No shipping or delivery services are conducted during weekends.
