HOW IT IS USED
Wet the brush and insert it carefully between the teeth, giving it a forward tilt.
Make a small circular motion to penetrate the interdental spaces more easily.
Move the brush back and forth.
Rinse well after use.

For healthy teeth, brushing alone is not enough: dental plaque can accumulate between the teeth, causing problems such as caries or gingivitis. Interdental brushes or dental floss are important for removing food debris between the teeth and to prevent plaque formation at these intervals daily.
Interdental hygiene is especially important for people with exposed teeth, implants or orthodontic appliances.
Remember to replace your interdental brushes after about a week of use (depending on wear).
