Apply morning and / or evening on face and neck. Do not expose yourself to the sun unless you have been applying sunscreen before.
Apply sunscreen daily with SPF 15 or higher. Do not use in combination with other products containing retinol. If you feel any discomfort the first time you use it, apply it more sparingly until your skin gets used to Retinol.
