How to use
How to use it
1. Place the heel in the hole with the soft side facing the leather. Wrap the ankle starting at the top of the foot towards the inside of the ankle.
2. Wrap the ankle strap under the foot and up the leg.
3. Wrap the ankle strap around the back of the ankle and then towards the front of the ankle. Stick the sticker on the bandage. Adjust the attachment point to achieve the desired comfort and support.
