How to use it
1. Open all the stickers and pass the bandage over the knee, with the soft side of the fabric towards the skin and the single strap towards the outside of the leg. Place the knee into the hole. Keeping the kneecap stable,
pass the middle strap below the knee and stick the stickers.
2. Wrap each of the other two straps below the knee and attach the stickers. If in any doubt about the injury, seek medical advice.
