1) Insert the narrowest end of the cone one centimeter into the Comfy applicator. Make sure the other Comfy applicator is not in the cone.
2) Insert the cone into the protective tray (with the silver part pointing upwards) until it reaches below the flame elimination ring. Light the open end of the cone.
3) Rest your head on a table and insert the cone with the Comfy applicator into the outer part of your ear, keeping it upright.
4) When the flame reaches the bottom of the cone towards the flame elimination ring, take it out of your ear and extinguish the flame in a glass of water. Repeat in the other ear.
