Instructions for use
Children 6 - 12 years: You take 1 capsule half an hour before the trip and 1 capsule every 4 hours for as long as the journey lasts.
Children over 12 years & adults: Take 2 capsules half an hour before the trip and 1 capsule every 2 to 4 hours as necessary. Do not exceed 5 capsules a day.
