Echinacea purpurea, also known as purple conflower, is one of those herbs for which there are many references in the scientific literature regarding both its active substances and its mechanism of action.
Echinacea is rich in important phytochemical active ingredients. The most important of these are the phenolic ring organic compounds (organic phenol compounds) which include echinacoside (a caffeic acid derivative), chicoric acid (particularly high in Echinacea purpurea compared to other species), chlorogenic acids and cynarin.
It should be noted that the chemical analysis of E.Purpurea showed the presence of other active ingredients, but only the organic compounds of phenol are related to the activity of herbs and should be used for the titration of the final product.
At Lamberts we use titrated herbal extracts as the process of extraction and concentration of the active ingredients ensures the high content of the active ingredients and therefore the maximum possible efficiency. this is up to 4 times more potent than other products that simply contain 250mg of herbal powder.
Like all Lamberts formulations it is manufactured in the United Kingdom according to the strict standards of the Pharmaceutical GMP.
