Each LACTOTUNE ™ Vaginal Balance capsule contains 5 different probiotic strains of lactobacilli (total population 5 billion bacteria). These bacteria, thanks to the production technology of the Biocare company, pass unharmed and alive through our gastrointestinal system and colonize the vagina.
They begin to multiply, produce lactic acid and gradually restore the balance of the vaginal environment.
When can you receive LACTOTUNE ™ Vaginal Balance?
In addition to the medication prescribed by your doctor:
-To prevent bacterial and fungal vaginitis.
-During treatment with antibiotics to reduce the possible occurrence of fungal vaginitis.
-In periods of intense stress, where there may be a limited immune response.
-During the menopause.
-To maintain the health of the vagina.
If you are taking an oral antibiotic for the treatment of bacterial vaginosis, take the LACTOTUNE ™ Vaginal Balance capsule at a different time from taking the antibiotic, ideally 2 hours apart.
