APIVITA nature's hair color is the only hair dye that does not contain substances that are often blamed for allergies and other side effects on hair and scalp:
* PPD (para-phenylenediamine): basic chromophore group in dye products. It is the main allergen in hair dye products.
* Ammonia: an alkaline medium used to open the scales of the hair and allow the dye to penetrate. It burdens the respiratory system.
* Alcohol: sensitizes the hair and irritates the scalp.
