Add to a saucepan 400 gr. water and 40 gr. (approximately 4 tbsp.) frezylac Trachahanakis. Heat over medium heat and stir constantly to prevent sticking. The meal is ready as soon as it boils. (about 5 minutes after boiling starts). Serve and enjoy the trahana lukewarm.
Alternative serving suggestion: to the ready meal, after it cools down first, add 60ml of ready frezylac milk.
